Coaching Participant

My coaching experience came about due to some issues I was having with staff within my team and I thought it was good to have these real-world examples to draw on during my coaching sessions.  [The Lena coach] helped me to talk through how to approach different situations and I learned different strategies which helped.  I also had the opportunity to reflect on how far I had come over the 6 sessions which I thought was good.
