What makes Lena different?
In a market now saturated with digital health suppliers focused in the main on offering online support, Lena stands out. Whilst online support is certainly a key part of our EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) offering, we purposely don’t lead with the digital response.
We are a mental health provider first and foremost, committed to operating within the Stepped Care Model through the provision of high-quality, evidence-based, interventions delivered by empathetic, skilled and experienced mental health specialists.
We place enormous value on human-to-human connection, and the safety and security that gives.
We put people at the centre of all that we do.

What does Lena offer?
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers rapid access to Solution Focused Brief Therapy, alongside a 24/7/365 helpline, legal and financial information, and online digital support. And for most organisations (and people) this is more than sufficient.
However, there are also occasions where longer-term or more targeted ‘high intensity’ therapy or specialist mental health interventions are needed. Given our 65+ years’ experience in delivering mental health services, this is an area where Lena are primely placed to stretch, adapt, and innovate to suit our clients’ needs.
We are equally passionate about prevention and supporting organisations to intervene early by putting in place strategies, policies, procedures, and programmes that promote and foster positive mental health and wellbeing.
So whether it’s availing of training for your staff, coaching for your managers, working alongside your senior leaders to develop wellbeing strategies or policies – we have you covered.
