Description
In this workshop we will:
• Improve our understanding of alcohol and other drugs (including prescription drugs) and gambling
• Gain an understanding of potential indicators of substance use and / or gambling
• Discuss the potential harm caused by alcohol / substance use and gambling on our physical and mental health
• Gain awareness of supports to minimise harm
• Consider appropriate ways to support others and referral pathways
