It is incumbent that we look after ourselves, our body, our mind and our soul so that we can continue to work effectively and often in constantly changing environments under unexpected undue pressure for the benefit of our organisations and our customers. We are often encouraged to upskill to meet the evolving competences and skills needed for our industry, however we tend to neglect that as the world is changing, we need to take stock of our own unique personal situation. This session is intended to allow us space and time to consider what we need to get into the grove – the best mindset to achieve what is to be delivered.

• we will explore a range of resilience techniques to look after ourselves
• we will examine how we can enhance our lifestyle and attain a better level of work-life balance
• we will consider and apply some tools and techniques for ourselves, including mindfulness
• we will remember the support available for us all
