Desk Detox – Yoga for Office Workers

Description

In Desk Yoga, we will explore small adjustments and mindful moments that can help reduce stress and promote greater ease in both body and mind. It can be offered as a one-off session or as a block of 4-6 weekly classes. Each session will include breathwork, movement, embodiment and relaxation techniques, creating a comprehensive class designed to leave you feeling refreshed and prepared for the day ahead. At the end of each session, we will engage in discussion to reflect on what resonated and how to incorporate these tools into your daily work routine. Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing on the day and be barefoot, wearing socks or spacious, flat and comfortable shoes. No music will be played during the session but if participants would prefer to have music they can play their favourite instrumental music in the background (if joining online). Please also have a pen and paper handy to reflect at the end of the session.
