This workshop will help you understand the process involved in planning, implementing and sustaining change whilst at the same be sensitive to the emotional impact of any change.

• Identify and understand the key principles of effective change management
• Understand the impact that change has on individuals as well as teams, why people often resist change and learn various leadership strategies that will help negate resistance to change
• Identify your resilience profile when faced with change and how you can leverage that knowledge of yourself
• Know how to effectively keep the various stakeholders engaged by regular, open communication
• Use simple yet powerful models that will promote a better understanding of why change is necessary whilst also focussing on those aspects of the change that you have control over.
• Build and develop trusting relationships during a time of change and uncertainty.
