Training, Coaching & Mediation
Overview
Lena’s Wellbeing Officers within the Business Development Team coordinate our training, coaching, and mediation services. Organisations can avail of any or all these offerings or acquire them as add-on options to their Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) contract.
One of our Wellbeing Team will carry out an initial assessment of your needs, and will then use the information gleaned to formulate a proposal outlining their recommended approach, or to provide you with a number of options for consideration.
Once you have had time to review and to decide on your preferred course of action, they will confirm dates and costs and then align you with one of our Associate Wellbeing Consultants, who will be suitably qualified and experienced in the specialism you/your organisation requires.
