Team Wellbeing Days

Description

Wellbeing Days are bespoke events tailored to the needs and interests of your team. They will offer a mixture of practical tools, expert knowledge and somatic (body-based) practices that can reduce stress, offer emotional regulation tools, time to rest and restore.

These events have the potential to add to a supportive team environment and can be incorporated in to your team building days. They could also be a way to experience taster sessions to see what would be supportive on an ongoing or seasonal basis for your team. 

A wellbeing session, morning or day-time could include:

  • Yoga and mindfulness sessions themed around stress reduction / rest

  • Massage / holistic therapy taster sessions

  • Herbalism workshop eg. herbs to support the menstrual cycle / cold and flu herbal first aid kit

  • Bespoke workshops e.g. ‘Yoga for Peri Menopause and beyond,' 'Chair Yoga' or 'Deep Rest'
