Our course on yoga for the stages of menopause is designed to guide women through one of life’s most significant transitions and the decades beyond with knowledge, support and empowerment. Led by an experienced yoga teacher trained specifically in yoga for menopause, each week will focus on a different theme relating to the menopause journey (from sleep and hot flushes to pelvic floor health and strength building).



Learn about the physical, emotional and hormonal changes experienced during menopause.


Leave each week with practical tools and strategies to help you manage the symptoms, as well as care for future health.


Gain a deeper understanding of your body and how to manage the effects of stress on the body and mind.

Suitable for beginners to yoga.


Whether you’re just beginning to experience changes or are well in to the menopause journey, this course offers a compassionate and safe space to learn, connect and thrive. 


Participants will need an open space to move around (ideally with space to lie down), a yoga mat or towel and a pen and paper. Participants are also encouraged to wear layers as the body may warm up and cool down at certain times during the practice.


This can be taught as a one-off 1 hour class, or as a block of 6 classes.
