Managing Stress & Building Resilience is a practical, evidence-informed wellbeing programme delivered by Lena by Inspire. Designed to support individuals in understanding and managing stress, the programme combines psychoeducation, breath awareness, mindful movement, mindfulness and guided relaxation to help participants build resilience and develop sustainable wellbeing habits.
Participants gain practical techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life to improve emotional wellbeing, regulate the nervous system and strengthen long-term resilience.
