This evidence-informed programme has been designed to help carers prioritise their own wellbeing while developing practical skills to manage stress, build resilience and reduce the risk of burnout.
Combining psychoeducation with breath awareness, mindful movement, mindfulness practices and guided relaxation, participants will learn practical techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life to support long-term wellbeing.
